Leslie King pioneered some key golfing insights one of which is the importance of not twisting the wrists during the takeaway. This is instinctively done because the mind is preparing the wrists for a leveraging movement to power the golf swing which is actually a completely wrong and destructive way to start the swing. The book comprehensively addresses this and all key aspects of the swing.
